COVID-19 UPDATE - No Branch Appointment Needed

We appreciate you following the safety and continuity measures we have put into effect to keep our members and employees safe and healthy.

We understand the public health concern surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to providing our valued members with updates as they become necessary and available.

Here are the latest updates effective Monday, June 8, 2020:

  • Lobby service at our Pasadena branch has resumed and appointments will no longer be required.
  • Members are still required to wear a face covering in order to visit the branch. For identification and security purposes only, you may be asked to briefly lower your face mask. 
  • We are still practicing social distancing and can only allow a certain number of people inside at one time, including staff. You may be asked to wait outside.
  • Please follow the 6 ft. distance markers on the ground.
  • Plexiglass shields have been installed at the teller counter where we will be serving members face-to-face.
  • We are incorporating one-way branch entry and exit. Please be mindful of directional signage posted near the doorways. You can use the front door of our branch lobby to enter and exit through the Parsons building (near the security desk). 
  • We continue our stringent cleaning and sanitation practices to support the health and well-being of both our members and employees. 

We encourage you to take advantage of the convenience of our online banking and mobile banking services to manage all of your financial needs from the comfort of your own home. Your safest financial transactions can be conducted digitally through online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs. You can also call us during normal business hours for any account assistance.
