President’s Message

Maybe it’s because of the longer daylight or the warmer weather or the blossoming of nature, but Spring is usually associated with new beginnings, new challenges, and general feelings of optimism.

With the above in mind, I am happy to announce that Parsons FCU launched its social media presence on the first day of the Spring and you can now find and follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Initially, our goal with our social media activities is to clearly communicate the benefits of the credit unions and the advantages of being part of the Parsons FCU family. There’re so much our current and future members don’t really know about credit unions, our products and services, and what we can do to make life’s journey easier. We are committed to change that and, given that everyone is exposed to social media on a daily and sometimes hourly basis, the platforms provide us with great opportunities to communicate and engage our fans and followers.

Next, I am happy to share that Parsons FCU will be rolling out Zelle® on April 13, 2022. Zelle is the easiest, safest and most convenient way to send, receive and request money across your trusted network of friends and family. All you need to use Zelle is a U.S. based mobile number or an email address. Please check out our website on or after April 13 for the Zelle rollout details or feel free to call one of our knowledgably Member Service Representatives.

Lastly, it is great to share with you that our new Centerville, VA office will officially be open in early May. Our new office allows easier access and provides opportunities for future growth. Thanks to our Pasadena office in California, and the new Centerville office becoming fully operational, our members have call center services from 8:00 am EST to 7:30 pm EST. For now, enjoy the bounties of the Spring and thank you for your continued loyalty and trust.

Sincerely,

Ray Crouse
