All users that are currently on Extra Awards will automatically be moved onto the new platform. During the transition and blackout period, you will not have access to view your points balance or redeem for rewards. However, once the migration is complete, your points will update automatically on the new system and you will receive points for any purchases made during the transition. Your credit card statement may not reflect a complete rewards points balance immediately following the transition. This is only temporary while our system completes all the updates. It will resume back to normal by your March monthly statement.
