Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the  Centers for Disease Control (CDC)  and taking precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our members and our staff while delivering the best member service experience possible in these extraordinary circumstances.

  • Members who enter the branch must wear a face covering (except children under the age of 2 and only with adult supervision, as can be done safely, for children ages 2 to 8.) For identification and security purposes, you may be asked to briefly lower your face mask.
  • Plexiglass shields have been installed at the teller counter where we will be serving members face-to-face.
  • We are incorporating one-way branch entry and exit. Please be mindful of directional signage posted near the doorways. 
  • We will be limiting the number of people inside the branch at any given time so you may be greeted by an employee and asked to wait outside.
  • Practice social distancing and keep at least 6 feet of distance between you and anyone else in the branch. Be mindful of the markers on the ground.
  • Use our ATM in the Parsons Pasadena lobby or any one of 30,000 CO-OP ATMs for surcharge-free cash deposits or withdrawals

These changes will be in effect until further notice  and is in accordance with the City of Pasadena's regulations and the State of California. We will keep you updated as the situation progresses.

2 By electing Skip-a-Payment, you understand that finances charges will continue to accrue at the agreed rate stated in your loan agreement. The unpaid balance of the loan and payoff term on the loan agreement may be extended until the loan is paid in full.
