How to Log In For the First Time

On January 30, 2019, here are the steps you need to know to access your new online banking platform for the first time.

  1. Log in directly from our website,  www.parsonsfcu.org . For your initial, first time sign-on, you will be using your  existing username  and the  last 6 of your SSN + full year of birth as your temporary password . (e.g., XXXXXX2018) You do not have to register if you are already an Online Banking user.

If you are  not an existing Online Banking user  and are attempting to log in to the new platform for the first time, you will need to hit "Register" in the login box instead. Please have your member number ready and your PIN (last 4 digits of your SSN).

You can also log in for the first time from the new mobile app but a phone number must be on file for you to receive your authentication code; otherwise, you will be prompted to contact the credit union.

  2. Review and agree to Terms and Conditions when prompted.
  3. Create your new custom username and password.
  4. Enter your contact information, which can be your phone number or email, so your access can be verified through a one-time verification passcode.
  5. After entering your one-time verification passcode you will have the option to register your computer and browser, allowing you to skip the one-time verification on that device in the future.
