By requesting your statements electronically, we will suspend sending you the statements by mail unless you notify us to the contrary. If you would like to switch back to receiving your statements by mail, please contact us and request for this change.

You will be notified by email when your e-statement(s) are available. If the email notice is returned, a reminder may be sent. If the statement is not retrieved, we will take reasonable steps to attempt redelivery.

You can gain access to your account statements for up to two years by using any type of computer that can connect to the internet. To view or print your statements, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

By requesting for electronic statements, you are informing Parsons FCU that you have printing capability and no longer require paper statements to be sent to you. Periodically, you may receive promotional and/or legislative information from the credit union.

Through signing up for electronic statements, you are agreeing to the following:  I/We hereby agree to receive my/our account statements, with all required consumer disclosures, through Parsons FCU Online Banking. Additionally, I/We acknowledge that I/We have the capability to access, retrieve and print my/our Parsons FCU account statement(s) and disclosure(s) electronically.
